In that case, just start making matches above the green jewel. Then continue working by putting a multicolor diamond on the next white space you want to turn, and work to make a match with it.

Work from bottom to top, except fill the single space rows at the top whenever possible, as these must be filled with falling jewels. So take advantage of them if they occur.

White pearls can be matched with white pearls. They do not match each other. However, if you then let a white square fall in that area and create a new white square, you may have trouble turning it gold if the black pearls chopped up the board too much.
